Luis de Santa María Nanacacipactzin

Introduction Luis de Santa María Nanacacipactzin was the last tlatoani ( also known as king) of the Nahua altepetl of Tenochtitlan and the governor under the colonial Spanish system of government. Nanacacipactzin was installed on September 30, 1563 after the death of the previous ruler Cristóbal de Guzmán Cecetzin. He ruled until his death on December 27, 1565.


Introduction Atahualpa (c. 1502 – 26 July 1533) was the last Inca Emperor. He became very briefly the last Sapa Inca (sovereign emperor) of the Inca Empire after he defeated his brother before the Spanish conquest ended his reign.
